Friday, October 7; 7:00-9:00PM. This will be an opportunity for those that have not competed on the track to get their upgrade to category 4. We will focus on track rules and riding in groups at race pace, specific to the events being held during the Track Championships. Groups will start small and increase in numbers as riders progress. For those that have been on the track before, this will be a rare opportunity to get some time in with a large pack. For those planning to participate in the Track Championships on 10.29.11: if your annual racing license does not indicate cat4 for your track classification, you will be limited to individual timed events (this applies to masters, jr, and women).
